I mentioned earlier that Joe Sugarman was a dear friend of Joe Polish’s, and since you’re still here, I want to briefly share with you 5 principle-centered lessons Joe learned from him. These lessons are simple, but they are profound.
First, Sugarman believed that “direct response” marketing applies to any type of business where prospects inquire or order directly without touching the product until it is delivered.
Second, Sugarman believed the most important thing you can do to turn a prospect into a customer is to make it super easy to purchase, regardless of the size of that purchase.
